| dc.description | Resumen: Con motivo de la celebración del Bicentenario de la Independencia el autor se interroga respecto de uno de los objetivos que el Congreso de Tucumán se propuso, pero no llego a realizar: institucionalizar el país dotándolo de una constitución, tarea que todavía hoy resulta, en parte, una asignatura pendiente. Utilizando herramientas de la filosofía política el artículo se propone explicitar algunas de las tensiones que han dificultado, y todavía dificultan, el acuerdo político: la relación entre derechos humanos y la democracia, la tensión entre democracia representativa y democracia participativa, la pregunta por el lugar de los derechos sociales dentro del acuerdo constitucional a lo que se añade cierta tendencia a la anomia de nuestra sociedad. | - |
| dc.description | Abstract: On the occasion of the celebration of the Bicentennial of Independence the author inquires about one of the purposes that the Congress of Tucuman sought but failed to achieve: institutionalize the country by enacting a constitution, a task that is still a pending issue. The article intends to explain, using tools of political philosophy, some of the tensions that have hampered and still hamper the political agreement: the relationship between human rights and democracy, the tension between representative democracy and participatory democracy, the issue of the place of social rights within the constitutional according, to what is added certain tendency towards anomie of our society. | - |
