| dc.description | Resumen: Se analizará la relación que la dialéctica y la retórica tienen en la defensa de los primeros principios, especialmente, de los primeros principios prácticos, para posteriormente estudiar cómo se vinculan aquellas disciplinas con los principios jurídicos propiamente dichos. La dialéctica proporciona las herramientas necesarias para construir el silogismo dialéctico en que se traducen tales enunciados. Luego, estos principios propios del Derecho serán aplicados en el discurso retórico como principios de argumentación, tanto para justificar, como para demostrar una argumentación y para persuadir al auditorio por la verdad. | - |
| dc.description | Abstract: The relationship dialectics and rhetoric have in defense of the first principles will be discussed hereinafter; especially the first practical principles so as to, subsequently, study in what way those disciplines are related with the legal principles themselves. Dialectics provides the necessary tools to build the dialectical syllogism by which those statements are translated. Then, those legal principles will be used in the rhetorical speech as principles of argumentation, not only to justify and to prove an argument but also to persuade the audience of the truth. | - |
