| dc.description | En este trabajo se estudian dos teorías regulares de gravedad con estructura teleparalela. La arena geométrica en la cual ellas reposan está dada por el espacio-tiempo de Weitzenböck. En orden de obtener un mecanismo sistemático en lo que concierne a la regularización de las singularidades presentes en la teoría de Einstein (Relatividad General), se procede a emular el programa de Born e Infeld implementado antaño en la electrodinámica. Gracias a la estructura teleparalela, ambas teorías llevan a ecuaciones de movimiento de segundo orden para el ente dinámico, el vielbein, y las dos comprenden a la teoría de Einstein como régimen de baja energía Dentro de estos esquemas, se caracterizan un número de soluciones con comportamiento no singular correspondientes a modelos cosmológicos de tipo Friedmann-Robertson-Walker y a defectos topológicos del Universo temprano,como las cuerdas cósmicas. | - |
| dc.description | This work is devoted to the study of two regular theories of gravity with teleparallel structure. The underlying geometrical arena is given by Weitzenböcko spacetime. In order to obtain a systematic mechanism for the cure of the singu- larities present in Einstein’s theory (General Relativity), we proceed to emulate the Born-Infeld program used in the past in the context of electrodynamics. By virtue of the teleparallel structure, both theories lead to second order motion equations for the dynamical field, the vielbein, and both of them contain General Relativity as the low energy regime. In the context of these schemes, a number of exact non singular solutions corresponding to Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmological models and topological defects of the early Universe, such cosmic strings, are thoroughly studied. | - |
