dc.descriptionEn este trabajo final se pretendió estudiar y caracterizar; bajo el enfoque de Sistemas Agroalimentarios Localizados; al sector cervecero artesanal de la ciudad de San Carlos de Bariloche, teniendo en cuenta que el mismo se encuentra en pleno desarrollo, presentando una tasa de crecimiento del 30% anual. Diversos informes hablan de la existencia de 1200 microproductores y 200 micro y pequeñas cervecerías en todo el país. La unidad de análisis es el sector cervecero artesanal de San Carlos de Bariloche. El objeto principal es conocer sus características, realizar una contextualización, su historia, caracterizar a los productores, analizar la cadena de valor estilo input-output, analizar la conformación del sector en términos de actores, los vínculos existentes, los eventos que se realizaron, las innovaciones y el avance en términos de certificación de productos.-
