| dc.description | En los años 70 la Historia política, institucional y jurídica había quedado relegada, considerada como el ámbito del hecho aislado, del documento y del formalismo. Pero a partir de los 80, comenzó a dársele un tratamiento semejante al que recibían los restantes campos historiográficos. Entre los autores que transitan estas líneas de investigación, nos interesa Antonio M. Hespanha, sobre todo en lo relativo a sus desarrollos sobre las instituciones de gobierno y de la administración. Éstos son valiosos porque “desenmascaran" las interpretaciones propias del racionalismo y del constitucionalismo liberal, para intentar una comprensión más profunda de la dinámica institucional. | - |
| dc.description | In the 70´s the political, institutional and juridical History had been relegated. It was considered as an area of the isolated fact, of the document and of the formalism. But starting the 80´s, a similar treatment to the remaining historiografic specialities began. Among the authors that analyze these investigation lines, Antonio M. Hespanha interests us, mainly for his knowledge on government's institutions and administration. These are valuable because they expose the interpretations which are characteristic of the rationalism and of the liberal constitutionalism in order to attempt a deeper understanding of the institutional dynamics. | - |
