| dc.description | Este capítulo se focaliza en aspectos vinculados a la política cultural de la última Dictadura, y específicamente se centra en lo acontecido en la Biblioteca Popular Constancio C. Vigil de Rosario, provincia de Santa Fe, conocida localmente como “la Vigil”. Dos hipótesis motorizan el desarrollo de este trabajo. La primera, sostiene que en el caso de la Vigil se constata la eficacia de los años de plomo (1976-1983) al producirse su desmembramiento y saqueo institucional. La segunda, enuncia que la eficacia de la Dictadura aún pervive en amplios sectores al cristalizarse el vaciamiento histórico y la desmemoria social de lo acaecido en el Complejo Vigil a partir de la culminación del período dictatorial. | - |
| dc.description | This chapter focuses on aspects related to the cultural policy of the last dictatorship, and specifically focuses on what happened in the Popular Library Constancio C. Vigil of Rosario , province of Santa Fe, institution known locally as "The Vigil" . Two hypotheses driven the development of this work. First, we argue that in the case of the Vigil effectiveness of leaden years (1976-1983) to its dismemberment and institutional looting occur is found. The second states that the effectiveness of the dictatorship still survives in many sectors to crystallize the historic emptying and social amnesia of what happened in the Vigil Complex after the completion of the dictatorial period. | - |
