| dc.description | Este texto pretende explorar la relación existente entre la literatura y el Derecho. Intenta mostrar además la relación de interdeterminación que se establece entre ambas disciplinas. Así mismo, se propone explorar en qué medida el uso “didáctico” de la literatura contribuye a consolidarla en el lugar de “ilustración” o “recurso didáctico” sobre el que se monta luego una teorización científica o jurídica así como a despojarla de su contexto y, por tanto, de su potencialidad crítica. Al texto le interesa pues el ingreso de la literatura a la cotidianeidad del aula como una forma de diálogo entre la teoría y la práctica. | - |
