| dc.description | En el siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI, las políticas migratorias francesas y argentinas siguen un recorrido opuesto. En la Argentina, la nueva Ley de Migraciones, dando lo espalda al culto por el inmigrante europeo tanto como a la sospecha del inmigrante limítrofe que caracterizaba las leyes anteriores de 1876 y 1981, apunta a la integración de los que, de hecho, ya forman parte de la población. Mientras tanto Francia, como el resto de Europa, busca mejorar la muralla con la cual pretende preservarse de la llegada de los candidatos a la instalación en su territorio, mientras expulsa a los inmigrantes ilegales que puede arrestar. Este artículo se propone analizar las apariciones en el espacio público de las agrupaciones de inmigrantes, tanto en Francia como en Argentina. El análisis comparado de las movilizaciones de un colectivo de indocumentados en París y de un grupo de mujeres bolivianas organizadas en un movimiento social en el conurbano bonaerense busca mostrar, a partir de la teoría del pedido de igualdad como el fundamento de la democracia elaborada por Jacques Rancière, cómo esas movilizaciones dejan ver los contornos de una ciudadanía performativa. | - |
| dc.description | In the twentieth century and the beginning of the new century, the French and Argentine immigration policies follow an opposite path. While in Argentina, the new Immigration Act, giving back to the worship of the European immigrant and the suspicion of the bordering immigrant that characterized previous laws of 1876 and 1981, aims at the integration of those who, in fact, already are part of the population, France, as well as the rest of Europe, seeks to improve the wall that seeks to preserve the arrival of candidates for installation on their territory, while expelling illegal immigrants could arrest. This article aims to analyze the apparitions, in the public space, of groups of immigrants, both in France and Argentina. The comparative analysis of the mobilization of a group of illegal immigrants in Paris, and a group of Bolivian women organized into a social movement in the Greater Buenos Aires seeks to show, based on the theory developed by Jacques Rancière of equality as the foundation of democracy, as these demonstrations reveal the contours of a performative citizenship. | - |
