dc.descriptionEn este trabajo examino cuáles son los posibles retos para la formación doctoral en derecho en América Latina, considerando el contexto socio-cultural y jurídico, especialmente, de Colombia y Argentina, en concreto de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad deAntioquia y la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, de Colombia y Argentina, respectivamente. El artículo tiene dos partes. En la primera presento una infraestructura filosófica muy general de cómo veo al derecho como objeto de conocimiento y cuáles son algunos de los rasgos más sobresalientes de las disciplinas, conceptos, métodos yteorías que se usan para investigar al derecho. Defiendo una serie de tesis que deberían servir como guías para articular un doctorado en derecho. En la segunda, bosquejo cuál podría ser la arquitectura básica de un hipotético doctorado en derecho.-
dc.descriptionIn this work I examine the possible challenges fora Law Doctoral Degree in Latin America, considering the socio-cultural and legal context, particularly in Colombia and Argentina, specifically at the School of Law and Political Science at the University of Antioquia, in Colombia, and the School of law and Social Sciences of the National University, Cordoba, Argentina. This article has two parts. In the first part I will present a very general philosophical infrastructure of how I seethe Law degree as an object of know ledge and which ones are some of the most out standing features of the disciplines, concepts, methods and theories that are used to investigate the law. Defending a series of theses that should serve as guidelines to articulate a doctorate degree in law. In the second part, I sketch what could be the basic architecture of a hypothetical doctorate in law.-
