| dc.description | Este artículo tiene por objetivo comunicar avances de una investigación sobre el rol que desempeñaron los protestantes en la circulación de la pedagogía de Paulo Freire en la historia reciente de América Latina. En un primer apartado, se caracteriza el movimiento político y religioso de ISAL, poniendo énfasis en sus planteos teológicos y posiciones políticas. En el segundo apartado, se describen las iniciativas editoriales que propiciaron la circulación de las ideas y prácticas de Paulo Freire y se analizan los sentidos que los protestantes latinoamericanos asociaron a su pedagogía. | - |
| dc.description | This article aims to communicate advances of an investigation about the role played by Protestants in the circulation of Paulo Freire's pedagogy in the recent history of Latin America. In a first section, is characterized the political and religious movement of ISAL, emphasizing its theological proposals and political positions. The second section describes the editorial initiatives that propitiated the circulation of ideas and practices of Paulo Freire and analyze the senses that Latin American Protestants associated with their pedagogy. | - |
