| dc.description | El Bicentenario es una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre los tiempos de la primera independencia. Este trabajo lo hace bajo una doble coordenada de lectura: por una parte pregunta por los procesos de emancipación en la América entonces española procurando desafiar la mirada colonial y por la otra busca poner en crisis las perspectivas dominantes, marcadas por sesgos de clase, raza y sexo. Bajo la conjetura de que ningún ser humano puede erguirse sin una historia que pueda llamar en alguna medida suya, el texto ha sido escrito bajo la inspiración de W. Benjamin a la vez que apela a herramientas conceptuales procedentes de la obra de Silvia Federici. | - |
| dc.description | The Bicentennial emerges as an opportunity to reflect about the process of Independence This paper aims to focus this reflection under the light of two intersecting issues: on the one hand, considering the Emancipation process in South America from a perspective that challenges the colonialist viewpoint; on the other, offering a critical view to reveal the sexism, racism and classism of dominant perspectives. Based on the premise that nobody can stand as a human being without a history/herstory to call her/his own, this paper has been written with a Benjaminian inspiration and it borrows conceptual tools from Silvia Federici´s work. | - |
